Buyers Premium: There is no buyers premium. All prices are not inclusive of VAT.
Message to bidders: We run a ‘one strike policy’. All bids are binding. If you are the winner of an auction and decide against purchasing the vehicle this will result in the ban of the user. Auctions cannot be won unless reserve price has been met.
Currency: All lots are auctioned in GBP.
VAT: Is at the prevailing rate unless specified otherwise.
Auction Lots: All property is sold on a “sold as seen” basis and Bus and Coach Auctions makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to vehicles purchased, and in no event shall Bus and Coach Auctions be responsible for, source, origin, or condition of the purchased property and no verbal statements made regarding the property either before or after the sale of the stated property.
Location: Our address is: Lyehill Depot, Wheatley Road, Forest Hill, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX33 1EP. If the vehicle is shown on site, it will be based at this address.
Auction ending: The auction will end at the specified time. This is subject to time extensions, If a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes the lot will continue for a further 5 minutes until no further bids are placed.
Payment and Collection: If you are the winner of the specified lot our friendly team will be in contact with you to send your invoice and assist you with processing payment.
Storage Charges: Vehicles will be available for 7 days after the end of an auction. Beyond this time period there is a charge of £20+VAT per additional day the vehicle is in storage. The buyer shall be liable for a late payment/storage charge starting from the date stipulated in the "Key Terms" and continuing until the Lot is removed or sold. The Lots purchased will not be released to the Buyer or any Third Party until this charge is paid in full.
Notice to bidders: Your highest bid will be treated as a valid bid even if at the time of placing it the Reserve is not met. Vendors regularly ask us to reduce Reserves. All bids are binding.
A reliable/stable broadband internet service connection is highly recommended to achieve the best bidding experience.
If however, you are unsure of the reliability/stability of your internet connection, please use the maximum bid facility.
Bidders are advised to periodically refresh their bidding page to avoid any unforeseen interruptions within the bidding system and/or browser.

Computer system requirements
You can use a PC, Mac Tablet or smartphone, if you are using Internet explorer it must be IE9 or above. To listen to live audio you will need Adobe flash player.
Your system should be up to date with the latest updates from Microsoft, Apple or your operating system vendor. Adobe reader is required for PDF report.
